Refund Policy

Last updated: May 6, 2026

14 days, no questions asked

If RECLION isn’t right for you, you have 14 days from your purchase dateto request a full refund. No questions, no justification, no “let me sell you on it” reply.

How to request a refund

  1. Sign in at reclion.com/login.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Request Refund (or Dashboard → Support → New Ticket → “Request Refund”).
  3. Submit the form. We’ll confirm by email within 1–2 business days.

We deliberately route refunds through the dashboard so the request is tied to your account, with no “what’s your order ID?” back-and-forth.

Processing

  • Refunds are issued back to your original PayPal source within 5–10 business days of approval. PayPal may take additional time to settle, depending on your bank.
  • When a refund is processed, your license is revoked. The desktop app refuses to launch on its next online check (within ~14 days at most).
  • One refund per customer. A second purchase from the same account is non-refundable.

After 14 days

We’re not contractually obligated to refund after 14 days, but we handle these case-by-case (for example, if RECLION has a defect we can’t fix in a reasonable time). The default answer is “no.” Open a support ticket and explain.

Chargebacks

Please open a support ticket from your dashboard before filing a chargeback. Most issues are resolved directly within hours, and a refund is faster for both of us than a PayPal dispute (which charges us $20 in addition to the sale). Chargebacks issued without first contacting support are treated as fraudulent disputes under Section 7 of our Terms and result in immediate license revocation. We will provide PayPal with full purchase, activation, and usage records when contesting.
